Job Description:

Jupiter Aqua Lines Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage and oversee daily operations at our Mohali location. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain activities.
• Coordinate with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.
• Handle any operational issues that arise and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the management team to set goals, develop strategies, and plan for future growth.

Requirements:

• Advance excel is must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
