Company Overview

We are a fast-growing holiday home company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality short-term rentals and exceptional guest experiences. Our portfolio includes premium apartments and villas across Dubai’s most sought-after locations. As we scale, we are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our holiday home properties, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs, property maintenance, housekeeping coordination, guest satisfaction, and compliance with DTCM regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on management experience, preferably in hospitality or real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational activities across all properties.
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and quality control teams.
• Ensure timely check-ins, check-outs, guest communications, and issue resolution.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction scores through service excellence.
• Optimize property readiness, cleanliness, and presentation before guest arrival.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) rules and registration requirements.
• Monitor operational budgets and control costs effectively.
• Implement systems and SOPs to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with guest relations, sales, and marketing teams to improve performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure standards are met.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics related to property supplies.
• Lead and motivate an operations team with clear KPIs and performance reviews.
• Handle emergency situations and last-minute guest requests professionally.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in hospitality, short-term rentals, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai holiday home regulations and DTCM compliance is a must.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience using property management systems (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway).
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience managing a large property portfolio in Dubai.
• Multilingual (Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus).
