Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to join our team at The Impact Engine. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have experience in client servicing, onboarding, and ensuring timely deliverables.
This is a client-facing and in-office role, requiring strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction and efficient project execution.

Note: Candidate must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong professional relationships.
• Handle daily communication with up to 30 clients to ensure smooth operations and updates.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring all required steps and documentation are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor project timelines and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure high-quality output and consistent client satisfaction.
• Track client feedback, performance metrics, and share reports with management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in operations, client servicing, or account management (preferably in a marketing or creative agency).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency with communication and project management tools.
• Location Requirement: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
