Optimize store performance and achieve business targets, training, and development.
Oversee inventory management, including inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimizing stock shrinkage.
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead, train, hire, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.
Ensure all stores comply with company and mall policies, procedures, and brand standards.
