We are currently seeking a well-experienced and professional Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of company operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
• Supervise and coordinate with administration, marketing, sales, finance, and HR teams to align operations with company goals.
• Manage and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Handle tenant and buyer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Communicate effectively with VIP clients and maintain strong business relationships.
• Lead the sales team and ensure the achievement of targeted revenue and growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights on the Dubai real estate market, including both short-term and long-term rental sectors.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Tourism and government regulations related to the holiday homes business.
• Report directly to company leadership and provide regular updates on operational and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the Dubai real estate or holiday homes sector.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s sales and rental market (short-term and long-term).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with VIP clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and lead teams effectively.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to join immediately or within 2 weeks.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month
• Incentives: Quarterly performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
