We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for a sharp Operations Manager who can help us keep things running like a machine organized, consistent, and world-class.
What You’ll Do

• Make sure both branches (City Walk & Marina) open on time and run smoothly every day.
• Keep staff accountable for grooming, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor client experience and ensure every visit feels premium.
• Handle daily reports, KPIs, inventory, and maintenance follow-ups.
• Keep owners fully updated on performance, issues, and improvements.
• Be the link between management and the team communicate clearly and lead effectively.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proactive, hard-working, tech-savvy, and highly organized.
• Prior experience in operations, hospitality, or retail management is a big plus.
• Excellent at communication and people leadership.
• Obsessed with details, structure, and accountability.
• Able to follow SOPs precisely and keep the team aligned.
• Knows how to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented.

Tools You’ll Use

• Google Sheets, Notion, WhatsApp, Fresha, and basic report systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
