Join Our Team as Operational Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our International Convention Center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the convention center, including events, facilities, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Events, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or event management (preferably in hospitality or convention centers).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple events and teams efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
