We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our International Convention Center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the convention center, including events, facilities, and logistics.

Coordinate with departments such as Events, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security to ensure seamless execution.

Manage staff scheduling, performance, and operational workflows.

Monitor and optimize service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure requirements are met.

Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or event management (preferably in hospitality or convention centers).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple events and teams efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
