Project review meetings

Follow-up on ongoing tasks in the AI&T department

Annual budgeting activities for departments within operations

Annual leave planning for departments within operations

Setting PPD (Performance and Personal Development) goals for relevant personnel in operational departments

Addressing needs and requests from departments within operations

Supporting departments outside the operations scope

Responding to local customer requests

Complying with defined occupational health and safety and environmental protection rules; reporting identified hazards and risks

Ensuring the availability of necessary resources for the establishment, implementation, sustainability, and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system, and ensuring it is integrated across all departments

Acting as the employer’s representative to establish the OHS Committee and coordinate the legal efforts to reduce workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and ensuring their implementation

Qualifications:

Graduated from the Engineering Faculties of universities, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, or related departments.

At least 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in automation, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position

Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension); preferably knowledge of Italian as a second foreign language.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
