Position: Operation Manager

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2–4 years in automobile operations or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in sales & service departments

Coordinate with workshop, sales, and supply teams

Manage vehicle delivery schedules & documentation

Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards using Advanced Excel

Ensure process efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

✔ Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Dashboard, MIS)

✔ Excellent coordination & communication skills

✔ Leadership & team-handling experience

✔ Knowledge of automobile operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
