Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with proven

expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead and optimize end-to-end

operational processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

implementing, managing, and improving WMS solutions to enhance warehouse

efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

WMS & Warehouse Operations:

• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of

WMS to ensure real-time visibility and control of warehouse operations.

• Design and execute warehouse layouts, product flows, and handling systems

that maximize efficiency.

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.

• Develop and enforce strong inventory control procedures, including cycle

counts, FIFO, and proper storage practices.

• Monitor and analyze WMS reports to identify and resolve operational

bottlenecks.

Inventory & Production:

• Forecast inventory needs and coordinate purchasing to

maintain optimal stock levels.

• Ensure accuracy of stock data and perform regular reconciliations.

• Oversee production operations, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency

standards.

• Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Fleet Management:

• Manage fleet operations to ensure timely and

cost-effective deliveries.

• Monitor tracking systems and ensure compliance with company and regulatory

requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Supply Chain,

Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management with a strong focus

on WMS.

• Proven experience in implementing or managing leading WMS platforms.

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
