About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and lead our service operations, including product returns and dispatch. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager or supervisor, with strong leadership and team management skills. Candidates from electronics, power tools, or consumer durable industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily returns operations.
• Manage and guide a team of supervisors and coordinators.
• Ensure proper inspection, documentation, and movement of products.
• Coordinate with service, logistics, and customer service teams for efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate data and generate reports on operations performance.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Train and motivate the team for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only
• Education: Degree or above [Preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical ,ITI holders may also apply]
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Supervisor or Manager in operations, warehouse, or service environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
• Analytical and process-driven mindset
