Job Description

Job Overview

  • Plan, book and deliver on and off job training as required to ensure best possible service standards as well as colleague development
  • Openly communicate appropriate and useful information through various channels to include department meetings and briefings
  • Ensure departmental policies, procedures and performance standards are being implemented and maintained throughout their area
  • Review departmental policies, procedures and performance standards to ensure these are up to date, correct and propose changes as appropriate to ensure high levels of customer service and safety
  • Ensure any service delivery defects are resolved and identify any trends and share observations and suggestions with their manager
  • Review satisfaction results for their areas and identify any trends and share observations and suggestions with their manager
  • Review accuracy of any checklists and records completed in their area and analyze
  • Participate in daily operations alongside their colleagues setting a positive example
  • Foster a harmonious atmosphere among colleagues in their area and brings team members together through team activities
  • Manage daily operation of the park, including TKCA tour guides, transport, and arrival
  • Serve as a first responder in the emergency action plan
  • Conduct scheduled safety audits and record results as directed
  • Ensure guest, colleagues and contractor safety at all times

Events Scope -

  • Provides management and operational coverage at corporate and QAW events
  • Leads and executes events to include:
  • Marquee and seasonal celebrations
  • Corporate functions o Team buildings
  • Static installations
  • Interactive guest activities
  • Other events promoted by the company.
  • Works within the existing brand and company guidelines while providing creative input into the overall development of events
  • Develops event operational guidelines for the facility as a whole and leads event operations
  • Provides strategic feedback on all aspects of event development, installation, operation and derig to enhance future offerings
  • Ability to develop and lead the execution of corporate and family events within a specific set of logistical criteria; report creation and distribution; schedules creation and execution; development of event materials

General -

  • Promotes and develops positive and efficient working relationships with vendors, Sinyar, Palace Guard and other internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in written English and spoken English
  • Ensure that all SOPs are followed
  • Perform Duty Manager shifts as needed by the business
  • Perform all other duties as directed by management

Essentials

  • Venue management experience; project management
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • 2-4 years’ experience in operations and entertainment
  • Computer skills
  • Customer service knowledge
  • Technical Knowledge
