Operations Manager

As we expand, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and optimizing day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with leadership, HR, marketing, and product teams to enhance efficiency and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely task execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports.
• Manage vendor relationships, partnerships, and logistics when needed.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office or project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Prior experience in operations, management, or coordination roles is preferred — but motivated freshers with leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
