Operations Manager

We are seeking a Operations Manager to join our team with 5+ years in operations management, preferably in car rental or automotive sector

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the car rental company to ensure smooth workflow.

- Manage and organize the team, ensuring performance and quality targets are met.

- Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure cars are ready for rental on time.

- Develop and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Track inventory and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and key metrics.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in car rental or logistics.

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.

- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of computer systems and operations management software.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
