About the Role:
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining service quality, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a balance of leadership, customer service, and administrative management to uphold Zarya Wellness standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all spa activities and personnel to ensure smooth, professional operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through quality service and professionalism.
- Achieve profitability targets through effective sales, promotions, and cost control.
- Train, motivate, and monitor therapists to ensure exceptional service and sales performance.
- Liaise with hotel/resort management and guest relations to promote spa services.
- Oversee inventory, product ordering, and cost management.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Cluster Spa Manager.
- Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and team motivation sessions.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all spa facilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa or wellness management/supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
- Ability to manage budgets, meet sales targets, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
