Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring high service standards and seamless coordination among departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring budgets, implementing operational policies, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role also involves driving efficiency, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and fostering staff development to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, including budget management, scheduling, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a cohesive team environment and ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health and safety regulations, and customer service best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Experience in restaurant or lounge operations is highly desirable.
