Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the entire supply chain vertical and team, including sourcing,

vendor management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Oversee inventory management, stock tracking systems and maintaining optimal stock levels.

• Manage warehouse operations, including setting up a WMS, layout planning, workflow optimization, and implementation of standard operating procedures.

• Implement and monitor key performance indicators for operational efficiency, continuously improving processes.

• Develop and enforce safety and quality standards within the warehouse.

• Lead, train, and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Be adaptable and open-minded, ready to tackle new challenges and contribute to various aspects of the business as it grows.

Eligibility:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

• Experience in sourcing management

• Experience with demand forecasting to maintain accurate inventory levels.

• Demonstrated ability to set up warehouse operations from scratch and implement effective systems. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and other relevant operational software.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
