The Operations Engineer will lead and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity, safety, quality, and service standards. This role requires strong operational expertise, analytical capabilities, and leadership skills to drive efficiency, reduce losses, and maintain seamless coordination across multiple teams.
Lead daily warehouse operations
across all sites, ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and service level targets are consistently met.
Manage manpower planning
, including workforce scheduling, task allocation, team development, shift structure, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Control operational expenses
and ensure full adherence to approved budgets.
Monitor operational KPIs
related to receiving, put-away, processing, and dispatch; proactively identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure strict compliance
with operational SOPs, safety standards, and internal/external audit requirements.
Coordinate closely
with Inventory Control, Planning, and TGX/B2C teams to maintain operational readiness and uninterrupted service execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
to reduce losses, optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across warehouses.
Act as the primary escalation point
for warehouse-related issues, providing timely resolution and supporting strategic operational decision-making.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical)

7-10 years of relevant experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments.

Strong understanding of warehouse processes, performance metrics, and operational best practices.

Proven experience in manpower planning, budget management, and KPI monitoring.
