Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage staff, improve processes, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across sales, inspections, and customer support
• Supervise and train staff
• Track KPIs and improve performance
• Ensure smooth customer experience
• Handle escalated customer issues
• Improve workflows and SOPs
• Monitor CRM usage and reporting

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of operations management experience
• Automotive or sales/service industry background
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of the Qatar market

Must Be located in Qatar ready to join with Noc
