Operations Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans, managing teams, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing profit & loss, process improvements, and business development initiatives. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Oversee daily operations to optimize efficiency and quality standards
  • Manage profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial planning
  • Drive business development efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue
  • Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely completion within scope and budget
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall organizational effectiveness
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading projects
  • Excellent strategic planning and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in managing profit & loss statements and financial oversight
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding market share
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and process improvement techniques
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $54,624.45 - $65,784.27 per year
