Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a high level Operations Manager to take full ownership of execution, systems, and internal performance across the agency.

This role exists to remove friction, enforce structure, and ensure the business runs cleanly at scale. You will be the backbone of the company, translating strategy into execution and holding people accountable.

This is not a junior role! We are looking for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, takes ownership naturally, and can operate without hand holding.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Ownership

● Own day to day operations across the agency

● Build, document, and enforce SOPs and workflows

● Ensure systems, tools, and processes run efficiently

● Identify bottlenecks and fix them fast

Team Management & Accountability

● Oversee internal team members

● Set clear expectations, deadlines, and standards

● Track performance and ensure accountability

● Flag underperformance early and propose solutions

Execution & Delivery

● Ensure projects, launches, and internal initiatives are executed on time

● Coordinate between departments to keep everything moving

● Maintain operational order as the company scales

Founder Support

● Act as a right hand operator to the founders

● Take ideas and turn them into executable systems

● Reduce founder involvement in day to day execution

What This Is NOT

● Not an admin or VA role

● Not a “clock-in, clock-out” job

● Not suitable for someone who needs constant direction
