Operations Manager

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to our long-term success. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring that our production and distribution processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with different departments to improve performance and ensure that we meet customer expectations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution sector.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and database management.
• Male.
• 30 to 40 years old.
• Saudi or Lebanese national.
