Ecommadvize is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve internal processes, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily business operations
• Coordinate tasks between departments (Sales, HR, and Management)
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
• Improve operational processes and workflow efficiency
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to company standards
• Report directly to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Operations Management or similar role
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ecommerce experience required
