Operations Manager

Job Summary

Sociogenic is hiring an Operations Manager with prior coordination/agency experience to manage day-to-day execution across clients. The role includes taking client requirements, creating task flows and timelines, assigning and tracking work, following up on deadlines, and managing approvals to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, priorities, and deadlines
  • Convert client needs into clear tasks, timelines, and workflows
  • Maintain the agency task management system (Trello/ClickUp/Asana/Sheets)
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and track progress daily
  • Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage client approvals, feedback, and revisions
  • Ensure deliverables are shared professionally and on time
  • Attend meetings when required, take notes, and convert into action items
  • Support Upwork/Fiverr operations (organizing messages, tracking leads, follow-ups, proposals using templates)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in operations, coordination, project management, or account management
  • Marketing agency experience preferred
  • Good English communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong follow-up skills and deadline discipline
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets and task tools (Trello/ClickUp/Asana)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management

KPIs (Performance Measurement)

  • Task board updated daily
  • 90%+ tasks delivered on time
  • Weekly work plan maintained
  • Client approvals followed up consistently
  • Reduced missed deadlines and last-minute urgent work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
