Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role leads teams, optimizes processes, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop operational teams for high performance.
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize supply chain, inventory, and cost management.
• Enforce safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
