GRANSX is expanding, and we're seeking an Operations Manager to spearhead our Fit-Out Division.

Role Overview:

• Lead the Fit-Out Division: Establish, manage, and scale operations from the ground up.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Project Execution: Oversee joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are consistently met.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a skilled workforce.
• Profitability & Growth: Drive the division’s profitability with innovative strategies and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in joinery, fit-outs, or renovations with leadership or business development experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
• Strong network within the construction, fit-out, or joinery industries.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.
