Operations Manager

Job Title: Recruitment Operations Manager

Location: As per company requirement

Experience: 2–8 years in recruitment / staffing

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for bulk and lateral hiring.

Plan hiring strategies to meet business manpower requirements.

Handle team of recruiters, TLs and coordinators.

Monitor daily hiring targets, productivity and quality.

Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation and joining process.

Track MIS, reports, TAT and recruitment metrics.

Improve sourcing channels like job portals, vendors, referrals and campus hiring.

Control recruitment cost and optimize resources.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Coordinate with HR, operations and training teams.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, BPO or staffing industry is an advantage.
