Operations Manager

LimeLite Entertainment and Marketing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage global operational activities. This role will ensure the smooth execution of international exhibitions, event setups, and marketing projects, with a particular focus on exhibition booth construction and stand fabrication. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and overseas partners to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operational activities for international assignments.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, brand activations, and marketing campaigns efficiently.
• Manage exhibition booth production and stand construction, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics partners, and internal departments to optimize operations.
• Develop and track project timelines, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and support financial reporting processes.
• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all projects comply with company standards and meet international client expectations.
• Support leadership in streamlining workflows and enhancing operational systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
• Hands-on experience with exhibition booth setup and stand fabrication is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management software.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with multiple simultaneous projects.
• Experience in international project operations is mandatory.
