We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with strong expertise in Fire & Safety systems and MEP projects to lead and oversee our operations team. The ideal candidate must have 10–15 years of proven experience in the UAE/GCC market, with extensive knowledge in fire protection systems, project execution, authority approvals, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting & MEP projects
  • Lead project planning, execution, and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations and safety standards
  • Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability
  • Supervise engineers, supervisors, and site teams
  • Ensure quality assurance and HSE compliance
  • Oversee material procurement and subcontractor management
  • Handle authority approvals and inspections

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in Fire & Safety and MEP field
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Emergency Lighting & ELV systems
  • Experience handling large-scale commercial/residential projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
