🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily delivery operations efficiently
• Supervise drivers and coordinate schedules and delivery routes
• Monitor order performance and ensure timely deliveries
• Optimize operational costs and improve fleet efficiency
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational challenges
• Prepare regular performance and operational reports for senior management

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery or logistics companies
• Proven experience managing drivers and operational teams
• Good knowledge of GPS tracking systems and delivery applications
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
