Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool construction and project operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring project execution from planning to completion, while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end swimming pool project operations (construction, installation, and commissioning).
• Take full responsibility for all site activities, including civil works, MEP, and finishing.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure proper installation of pool systems (filtration, pumps, piping, waterproofing, and water features).
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications and standards.
• Accountability for online operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure availability at site.
• Prepare operational budgets and control expenses.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Handle site issues, risks, and delays with effective problem-solving.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in swimming pool construction and project operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in swimming pool operations or aquatic facility management
• Proven experience in handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Pool construction techniques
• Waterproofing systems
• Filtration and circulation systems
• MEP coordination
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong project planning and execution abilities.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient pool systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should have a valid UAE Driving License
