Job Overview

Z Plus Limousine LLC is seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily fleet operations, driver performance, and platform compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transportation, limousine, or ride-hailing operations within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of limousine fleet (Uber, Bolt, Yango, etc.)
• Monitor and improve driver performance, including trips, cancellations, and compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to RTA regulations and company policies
• Handle driver allocation, shift planning, and availability management
• Track vehicle utilization, downtime, and maintenance schedules
• Reduce operational losses such as cancellations, fines, and idle time
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and platform issues
• Ensure no unauthorized/illegal trips are conducted by drivers
• Manage cash handling, trip reconciliation, and reporting
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
• Work closely with management to improve profitability and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations (limousine, taxi, logistics, or transport preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai RTA rules and ride-hailing platforms
• Proven ability to manage large driver teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in limousine companies or fleet management in UAE
• Understanding of EV vehicle operations (added advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)
