Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily business operations. This pivotal role involves managing staff, streamlining processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all departments of a FINRA member Broker-Dealer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily asset movement requests including wire requests, DWACs, Free Deliveries
• Working knowledge of U.S. broker-dealer rules and regulations
• Supervise Back-Office Operations and new accounts.
• Service customers’ accounts.
• Assist with compliance reviews
• Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Middle Office, Trading and Finance)

Skills

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 5-10 years of relevant broker dealer back-office operationsexperience
• Current FINRA registrations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• WEB CRD -Licensing and registration

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
