Operations Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of daily store operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth retail management, exceptional customer service, and efficient team leadership. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee inventory control, sales management, staffing, and administrative functions to drive store success and foster a positive shopping environment. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining operational excellence.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily install activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and culture.
  • Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff development in areas such as customer service, POS systems, wireless sales, and retail math.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets and operational goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, employee orientation, leadership development, and team motivation.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in retail home service or similar fast-paced environments with supervising responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance customer engagement across diverse populations.
  • Expertise in inventory management systems (POS), purchasing procedures, cash handling, bookkeeping, and retail math.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in shift management, sales management, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing time efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills paired with phone etiquette proficiency to ensure excellent customer service standards. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
