We’re looking for an Operations Manager

An Operations Manager ensures smooth day-to-day agency operations by coordinating between teams, managing workflows, and tracking project timelines. They streamline processes, optimize resources, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all projects while supporting overall operational efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects from briefing to final delivery
  • Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and overall delivery quality
  • Coordinate between creative, accounts, media, and production teams to ensure alignment
  • Manage workload distribution and support resource planning across teams
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure consistent communication between internal teams and client servicing teams
  • Support department heads in managing team performance and capacity
  • Track and evaluate team productivity and operational KPIs
  • Assist in operational budgeting and monitor project-related expenses
  • Ensure optimal use of tools, systems, and internal resources
  • Support forecasting of operational and resource needs
  • Handle operational escalations and resolve workflow or delivery issues
  • Maintain strong coordination between management, teams, and stakeholders
  • Prepare regular operational reports for management
  • Analyze workflows, processes, and performance metrics to recommend improvements
  • Support continuous improvement of agency operations and efficiency


Requirements


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations or project management
  • Strong background in marketing/advertising agencies is a must
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and workflows
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
  • Good understanding of campaign lifecycle and agency operations
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in digital marketing or media agencies is a plus

  • Working Days/Hours: Sunday ( Fixed work from home day) From Monday to Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM or 11:00AM to 7:00PM
