Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to lead our daily business operations and ensure seamless store performance. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of retail management, including staff supervision, inventory control, customer service, and sales strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities
• Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and performance
• Manage recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified personnel for various roles
• Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budget monitoring to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store visibility

Skills

• Strong management skills with proven supervisory experience in retail environments
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in retail math, sales management, inventory control, and merchandising techniques
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail software applications
• Ability to train staff on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and store policies
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and team development strategies
• Organizational skills with a focus on time management, shift management, and operational planning
• Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing processes, pricing strategies, and retail math calculations
• Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment
• Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus

Pay: $90,683.43 - $109,210.15 per year
