Operations Manager

Position Primary Objectives:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the daily operations of the company by developing efficient systems, managing logistics and workflows, leading team coordination, and ensuring high-quality execution across production, warehouse, and event operations. This role focuses on driving organization, accountability, communication, and operational excellence to support seamless event execution and company growth in a fast-paced environment.

Position’s key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across warehouse, production, logistics, and event execution with rigid expectations
  • Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and processes
  • Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all projects and installations
  • Coordinate inventory management, equipment tracking, and warehouse organization
  • Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions Lead team communication, project timelines, and operational planning
  • Maintain safety standards and operational compliance
  • Assist with event logistics, installations, and on-site management when needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual
  • Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience developing and improving operational systems, workflows, and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in event production, live events, rentals, staging, drape, or scenic fabrication
  • Strong process improvement and systems-building mindset
  • Experience with project management platforms like Trello and Monday.com

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
