Operations Manager
Summary
The Operations Manager leads daily warehouse and manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of labor, space, and equipment while meeting customer requirements. This role drives productivity, safety, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Responsibilities

Direct daily warehouse and production activities including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination

Oversee production planning, procurement, shipping, returns, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations

Plan labor needs based on forecasts and business demands

Monitor performance against production goals and adjust operations as needed

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency

Develop and enforce safety, housekeeping, and sanitation programs
-
Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and material flow across production lines

Collaborate with leadership to set operational goals and improve processes

Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports

Lead and develop supervisors and operational staff
Qualification
-
5+ years of warehouse or manufacturing management experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred (business or manufacturing discipline

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environments
