We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager (5-Star Hotel Restaurant & Bar) to lead the daily operations of our Restaurant and Bar. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant and Bar, ensuring high standards of service, quality and presentation
- Lead, train and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Take full ownership of profit and loss (P&L) performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue optimization
- Manage inventory, purchasing and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and minimize waste
- Plan, coordinate and deliver events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum revenue potential
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service standards
- Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently met
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an F&B management role within a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets and P&L
- Experience in events or functions management is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs
