Operations Manager – Beauty/Skincare Brand

A newly launched Beauty & Skincare brand in Lahore is looking for an Operations & Production Manager to oversee packaging, manufacturing, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design product packaging
• Source packaging locally (Pakistan) and internationally (China)
• Supervise production across different manufacturers
• Manage toll manufacturing operations
• Oversee product design and placement in the market
• Vendor management and manufacturing planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in operations, production, or supply chain (FMCG/beauty industry preferred)
• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of packaging sourcing and product development
• Excellent communication, organizational & planning skills
