Operations Manager - Biker Delivery Services

Job Overview

My Delivery Services is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to manage and optimize biker delivery operations across major platforms, including Talabat, Keeta, Noon Food, and Noon Delivery. The role requires strong leadership, portal expertise, vendor coordination, rider performance management, and strict compliance with Dubai RTA and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Platform Management

• Manage daily delivery operations through Talabat, Keeta, Noon Food, and Noon Delivery portals

• Ensure rider availability, scheduling, order allocation, and smooth dispatch operations

• Monitor live operations, handle escalations, and ensure high service quality

• Must have a strong Microsoft Excel expertise.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with vendors and platform partners regarding performance, penalties, incentives, and service issues

• Act as the primary point of contact with platform account managers

• Ensure SLA compliance and operational targets are consistently met

Rider Performance & KPI Management

• Monitor and improve rider KPIs including on-time delivery, acceptance rate, cancellation rate, productivity, and customer ratings

• Implement performance improvement plans, incentive structures, and disciplinary actions

• Manage rider attendance, behavior, and productivity

Safety, Compliance & Dubai Regulations

• Ensure full compliance with Dubai RTA, traffic laws, and rider safety standards

• Monitor licenses, permits, insurance, and legal documentation of all riders

• Conduct regular safety briefings, training sessions, and incident reporting

Leadership & Reporting

• Lead supervisors, coordinators, and riders with strong on-ground presence

• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports

• Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in any discipline

• 3–4 years of experience in delivery operations, last-mile logistics, or food delivery services in the UAE

• Proven hands-on experience working with Talabat Delivery, Keeta, Noon Food, and Noon Delivery, including managing daily delivery operations through their respective portals

• Strong knowledge of vendor dealing, rider onboarding, and operational coordination

• Hands-on experience managing delivery rider KPIs (on-time delivery, acceptance rate, cancellation rate, productivity, customer ratings)

• Solid understanding of Dubai RTA regulations, traffic laws, and biker safety compliance

• Ability to manage rider performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity

• Influential personality with strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment
