• Managing people effectively and ensure evaluate their performance ongoing basis.
• Manage projects and meet deadlines in coordination with all related departments.
• Recommend and implement improvements and related decisions for the operations.
• Keep an eye on market benchmark vs similar competitors of F&B.
• Should possess more than 8 years in managing operations.
