Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the Central Kitchen operations for Asian cuisine. You will play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly - from food preparation to delivery. If you're organized, smart, and love working in food and restaurant operations, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Central Kitchen.
• Make sure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always met.
• Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and delivery teams.
• Manage food production, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
• Control costs and reduce food waste.
• Train and guide team members to do their best work.
• Make reports and improve systems to run the kitchen better.

Qualifications

• Must be academically qualified (Hotel Management or similar field preferred).
• Proven experience in managing Central Kitchens for restaurant chains.
• Strong leadership and planning skills.
• Knowledge of food safety rules and kitchen operations.
• Good with numbers and team management.
• Clear communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Indian candidates are preferred.
