Operations Manager - Chennai - Bangalore

Location: Chennai (2), Bangalore (1)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 + Incentives + Conveyance
Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (Mon–Sat)
Language: Hindi mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site and service operations.
• Manage scheduling, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales & Service teams for smooth operations.

Skills:
Leadership, time management, team coordination, and Hindi fluency.
