Operations Manager - Construction

GRANS Contracting is a well-established contracting firm in Dubai with a proven track record across residential, commercial, and technical works. As part of our continued growth, we are launching a dedicated Villa Construction Division focused exclusively on luxury and high-end villa projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead this new division - capable of building systems, teams, and standards from the ground up, while ensuring excellence across every project phase.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of the villa division’s operations - from project planning and execution to inter-departmental coordination and resource management. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, strong organizational control, and the ability to manage multiple projects and departments simultaneously.

You will be responsible for setting up the division’s operational framework and ensuring that all villa projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with premium quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational setup of the new villa division - structure, processes, and team alignment.
• Oversee all site operations, project schedules, and quality control measures.
• Manage and coordinate between Design, Engineering, Procurement, QS, and Finance departments.
• Establish reporting systems, KPIs, and operational standards.
• Monitor cost efficiency, material procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Report directly to senior management with operational insights, performance data, and growth strategies.
• Mentor and develop department heads and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to villa projects.
• Strong background in managing full project lifecycles - from design coordination to handover.
• Proven leadership in multi-department operations and cross-functional management.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Capable of building a new division with scalable systems and disciplined execution.
