Operations Manager (Construction)

The Operations Manager – Construction will oversee and drive the operational delivery of construction projects. This includes planning, scheduling, resource management, quality control, cost management, vendor/subcontractor coordination, and ensuring that all activities comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations and site activities
• Plan project schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Manage operational budgets and control project costs
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve operational issues
• Prepare progress reports and update management regularly
• Maintain client communication and ensure project requirements are met
• Implement operational processes and drive improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 7–8 years of experience in construction operations (UAE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Experience in managing multi-site operations and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• UAE Driving License is required

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
