Operations Manager cum BDM (Food and Beverage (F&B) Industry)

• Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen and food service operations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Track KPIs and report on operational and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B operations and business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license (petrol can be reimbursed).
• Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred.
