- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen and food service operations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Track KPIs and report on operational and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B operations and business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license (petrol can be reimbursed).
- Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred.
