Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage vendors for college activation projects across multiple locations.
  • Negotiate costs, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain profitability on each project.
  • Coordinate with the client servicing and production teams to understand requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates, maintain cost sheets, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Supervise event setup, branding installations, and logistics on ground.
  • Maintain a database of vendors (fabricators, manpower suppliers, logistics, printing, etc.) by region.
  • Track and verify vendor invoices, payments, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met during activations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; background in Event Management preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in vendor management or event operations.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of BTL activations, production, and logistics.
  • Willingness to travel for on-ground activations.
  • Proficient in Excel and cost management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
