Operation Manager (Fit-Out Project Engineer)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management within the Fit-Out or Civil Construction industry or similar
• Gulf experience is mandatory, with a preference for candidates with UAE-based project experience.
• Strong skills in project planning, quantity surveying, vendor negotiation, and leadership.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets Dubai Municipality and industry standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Handle permits, inspections, and approvals required for project execution.
• Budget & Cost Management: Work within allocated budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Client & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material delivery

✅ Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
